Robert Irwin, AACI, P.App, B Mgt
Robert Irwin grew up on a cattle ranch in Southern Alberta and completed high school in Brooks. He graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Management (major in accounting) in 2003. Robert received the AACI designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada in November of 2018. He has over 10 years of experience completing residential, commercial, and agricultural appraisals in Southern and Central Alberta. Robert also completes agricultural appraisals in Southwestern Saskatchewan.
Steven Kibsey, CRA
Steven obtained his CRA designation in 2007 from the Appraisal Institute of Canada and conducts residential, commercial, and agricultural appraisals in Southern Alberta. Steven is currently working towards his AACI designation.
Terry Gould, CRA
Terry obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Calgary and previously worked as an environmental consultant. Terry holds the CRA designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and specializes in residential appraisals for the Medicine Hat area.
Alyssa Snyder
Alyssa is a candidate appraiser working towards her CRA designation. Alyssa has been completing residential appraisals in Brooks, Drumheller, Lethbridge, and surrounding areas since 2020.
